Using SMS notifications to acknowledge feedback received from your customers

- We’ve replaced the “API settings” option with “Integration settings”.
- Clicking on this will provide you with a list of available integrations. We’re adding in more integrations including interactive SMS surveys, Mpesa payments and others.
- Choose your SMS provider. Let us know if you can’t find your provider and we’ll add them in.
- You’ll need your username, shortcode and API key. This info can be obtained from your SMS provider.
- Select which surveys will send out customer notifications.
- Enter a default notification message. This could be as simple as a thank you message. Custom exit messages set up on your forms will be used as the notification messages, provided the logic criteria are met.
- Once you’ve completed your setup, you can check that the configuration is correct by sending a test message to a specific number.
