Using feedback widgets
Give your customers an easy way to leave feedback on your website or web app. Understand what your customers love, where they’re having issues, and find opportunities for enhancing their experiences.

- Once your survey is ready, click on ‘Share Options’ from the top menu.
- Click on ‘Embed to website’ from the left-hand menu. This then presents various options for customising your widget.
- Set a title for your survey by changing the ‘Top message’ text.
- Decide where you’d like to position the widget on your site. There are six options available to choose from.
- Choose how you would like the widget to appear once a user clicks on it. There are two options available.
- Choose the colour for the widget to align with your brand colours. You can use the colour picker or enter a colour value (RGB, HSL or Hex).
- To embed the widget on your website, copy the embed code and provide it to your site administrator.
- …and voila!
