Introducing chats
Use our conversational style surveys as a more informal and relaxed way to collect feedback

We’ve introduced a new feature where your surveys can be visualised as chats within web forms and widgets. Once you’ve built your survey, enable the ‘Chat view’ toggle under ‘Form Options’:
Remember to preview your survey, to ensure you’re asking survey questions in a more informal and conversational style. The logic flows within the survey, can help ensure you’re responding intelligently to the respondent.
Why did we release this feature?
With messaging maps, typical surveys may be seen as too clunky or too formal. The chat option allows for an easier and more enjoyable way of leaving feedback. Improving the respondent’s experience should, therefore, improve your response rates.
