We have a message from our founders that will cover everything in more detail, but to be brief, the Lumoa you know will not change – only now we can do more to help you manage the voice of the customer! Integration with Netigate SurveysNetigate is a premier survey provider, and for those of you that are already using Netigate surveys to collect feedback, we have an integration so that you can pull the responses to Lumoa with minimal effort!
