Use ratemyservice to send bulk SMS or two-way SMS survey requests to your customers. To test that your set up is correct, please send the phrase “ ratemyservice ” to your shortcode. You can use the tags to customise your message (e.g. link] Step 1: Connect to your SMS provider 1. This is required for two-way surveys.

For bulk SMS, you’ll need to use the personalisation tag {survey_link} to ensure your respondents receive unique links. This feature currently works for SMS requests and expect a release for email requests too. Once your list is ready, continue to the next step where you’ll choose how you’re distributing the survey.
