Michael O’Leary credits Ryanair’s Always Getting Better (AGB) Customer experience program as a catalyst for these results. It will be a cold day in Hades before I step foot on a Ryanair plane to “experience” it myself.

Uzbekistan Airways announced they would weigh its passengers pre-flight to determine the average weight of passengers and their carry-on luggage. I say that is complete rubbish and this new weigh in is just an excuse.
