There was a time where video games were purchased, played and completed with no reason to interact with their creators. Post-purchase interaction with the game developers or publisher was limited to a P.O. Gone are the days when you bought a game, took it home, played it until it was done and then moved on to something else. When gaming companies stumble trying to live up to their marketing promises, their lack of customer service and support processes is exposed.
